1. What we collect

This website has no backend server, sets no cookies, and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The only personal data handled is the trip information you voluntarily type into the booking form (pickup point, destination, date and time, flight number, passenger count, and notes) together with your name and contact details shared when you contact us.

2. How it is used

Your details are used solely to arrange your chauffeur itinerary and for concierge communication about that trip. When you submit the form, the itinerary is sent directly from your device to our concierge over WhatsApp or a phone call — it is not stored on this website.

3. Local preferences

Language, theme, and currency preferences are saved in your browser's local storage only, to remember your settings between visits. They never leave your device.

4. Your rights (PDPA 2010)

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw consent for its processing, at any time via our 24/7 dispatch line: +60 14-772 6926.

5. Confidentiality

Trip details are handled under strict non-disclosure practice. Conversations, passenger manifests, and itineraries remain confidential and are never sold or shared with third parties.

二、信息用途

您的信息仅用于安排专车行程及就该行程与您沟通。提交表单时，行程单由您的设备通过 WhatsApp 或电话直接发送给礼宾专员，不会存储在本网站。

三、本地偏好

语言、主题与币种偏好仅保存在您浏览器的本地存储中，用于记住您的设置，绝不会离开您的设备。

四、您的权利（PDPA 2010）

依据马来西亚《2010 年个人数据保护法》，您可随时通过 24 小时调度热线 +60 14-772 6926 要求查阅、更正您的个人数据，或撤回处理同意。

五、保密承诺

行程信息按严格保密惯例处理。车内谈话、乘客名单与行程轨迹均属机密，绝不向第三方出售或共享。
